I've worked with families relocating from across the country, longtime homeowners ready for something new, first-time buyers, investors, and clients buying and selling on Lake Norman. Sometimes we're looking for the right home. Other times, we're finding the right lot, getting a little dirty, tearing down an old lake house, and making plans to build something new.

No two moves look exactly the same. I've learned what works, what doesn't, and how to handle the things that inevitably come up along the way.
